A word from the Founder
Why the Ivorian Institute of Technology?
I've had a lot of chances in life.
I am fortunate to have had a good education that has allowed me to have, to date, a rich and honorable professional career.
The chance to have travelled all around the world, and see some of the things the world has to offer in terms of culture, architecture, gastronomy and so forth.
The chance to have attended some of the best education institutions in the world: MIT, Harvard, University of Washington.
The chance to have been taught by some of the best teachers in the world, Tim Berners-Lee, Calestous Juma,...
The chance to have met some of the brightest students in the world;
The chance to have receivedscholarships fromseveral institutions.
Today, I want to share my knowledge and experiences with the new African generations.
I have decided to create this institute of higher education in order to return part of the investment made on my person, to repay this debt, to the new generations by helping to train them technically, professionally and humanely in accordance with the fundamental values of excellence, rigor and moral and intellectual integrity..
That is now my ambition.
